I've got an art show coming up! Peter Baehr and I have filled the Ambienté Gallerie with his paintings and my photographs! We hung the show last weekend and this Saturday we're celebrating! Come join us at the Ambienté 2/25 from 6-10. See the new work (including photos I haven't posted here yet!), meet and talk with Peter and I, enjoy some light refreshments and maybe even win something!

This is the other contender for my favorite leaf picture. This was at the arboretum last summer.

This may well be my favorite leaf image that I've ever taken. I find myself continuously coming back to look at how the right hand edge of the leaf fades into the background until you focus on it at which point it springs into clarity. Am I weird in that thinking? (Let's not expand that question wider – I already know that answer )

The third leaves in rather spot for the triptych. I think this is my favorite of the 3.

I love the glow both through the leaf in the pinholes but also the halo around the leaf from the sun.

This is the second image that will be in the triptych in the next print run for the studio. I can watch leaves in streams for extended periods of time…

The arboretum red barn in the setting sun. This is the first time is been back there, despite going to the arboretum for over 20 years. I walked back along the east drive – some beautiful fall colors back there!
